A magical day was had by all at Wellingborough’s major new flagship development as hundreds gathered to view the very first homes on sale.
Over 250 people visited the Stanton Cross development on a sunny August weekend, as lead developer Bovis Homes opened their new show homes to the general public for the first time ever.
The homes on display are the first of 3,650 that will be delivered at Stanton Cross, together with leisure, retail and office space, as well as a 143-acre country park, 3 new schools, and a doctor’s surgery.
Those in attendance at the launch event were able to take a look around the four-bedroom ‘Canterbury’ and ‘Montpellier’, and the three-bedroom ‘Southwold’, which are located at Bovis Homes’ Wendelburie Rise.
Visitors were also entertained by Britain’s Got Talent star magician Marc Spelmann.
Whilst others enjoyed treats from the candy floss stand.
The residential areas at Stanton Cross are divided into five distinct phases, each with their own unique character. The inaugural phase, Ise Valley View, plays host to Wendelburie Rise. Positioned at the heart of Stanton Cross, Ise Valley View overlooks the River Ise and the town of Wellingborough and is close to the neighbourhood centre which will be home to shops, restaurants and leisure facilities.
